5 SKILLS CATERED WITH iCAP
Better Problem Solving Ability
We come across plenty of problems daily at work or at home. Similarly, for a child this is a significant life skill they will need to grow if they are to go on to have an optimistic future. Scientific results have shown that if a child is able to solve problems on their own, they will be happier, more confident and more independent. We, at iCAP, helps the children to become the master of their own and solve the problems accordingly through our unique step-by-step process.
Improved Analytical Skills
Students do not only have to count on on their memory skills, but correspondingly want to recognize the diverse techniques utilized, using their initiative, logic and reason. Yes, analytical skills play an important role in the preliminary stages of the child development. The special exercises and practices conducted by iCAP develops this ability to evaluate and make judgments. We train your child to solve calculating discounts on buying items. This exercise develops your child’s analytical thinking skills.
Increased Mental Acuity
Mental acuity is simply the sharpness of the mind. Memory, concentration, and understanding are the attributes considered in enhancing children’s mental acuity. Unlike other different programs prevailing, we believe to directly focus on the mental shrewdness of children which is very practical and effective.
Cognitive Skills Development
Cognitive skill development in children encompasses the progressive structure of learning skills, such as attention, memory and thinking. These critical skills empower children to process sensory information and ultimately learn to evaluate, analyze, remember, make evaluations and recognize the source and outcome. The exceptional and effective strategies implemented to instill cognitive skills stands us out of the crowd.
Confidence, is one such attribute that can lead the younger age to a path to success. We understand that confidence boosts the other qualities of children and that’s why iCAP focuses on this skill equally as the previous four skills. We encourage to make their own choice and do the activities they love which increases their willpower to do what they want to do. Confidence is the key to many childhood problems and troubles.
The iCAP is based on the Ontario curriculum and grade dependent. We take students between grade 1 to 10 and we will meet or exceed the learning of your child to help them achieve better grades and become an independent learner.
